A leading IT solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled IT professional to provide technical support for Microsoft, Nutanix, and Citrix server systems. The role includes project management, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring compliance-related tasks are met. The ideal candidate should possess technical expertise in various IT systems and have at least 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with vendors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in the Information Technology industry.
- Experience in performing project management and handling technical challenges.
- Ability to liaise with users and vendors to define business requirements.

- Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of server systems.
- Assist in managing compliance-related tasks for regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

- At least 1-3 years’ experience in Information Technology industry in the areas of Microsoft, Nutanix or Citrix system implementation, project management and O&S.
- Good communication and writing skills
- Shall have experience in performing project management, handle technical challenges and in liaising with the user and vendor to define business requirements and deliver technical solution.
· Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft, Nutanix and Citrix server systems.
· Assist in managing compliance-related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence.
· Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimise downtime.
· Support day-to-day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
· Manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes.
· Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes, and other technical initiatives
