About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects in either Ground Improvement Works or Electrical Services. The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership skills, technical expertise in their respective discipline, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.

Job Responsibilities

Project Manager — Ground Improvement Work

• Lead, plan, and manage ground improvement projects from pre‑construction to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure compliance with design and technical requirements.
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, method statements, and progress reports.
• Manage manpower, equipment deployment, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure timely project delivery within cost, scope, and regulatory requirements.

Project Manager — Electrical

• Manage and oversee electrical installation, upgrading, and maintenance projects.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with EMA and relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for project execution.
• Monitor site work progress, address technical and operational issues promptly.
• Plan project timelines, budgeting, resource allocation, and documentation.
• Ensure safety compliance, quality control, and timely handover of electrical works.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant project management experience in ground improvement or electrical works.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project timelines.
