About the Role

Join our team as a Technical Officer at a newly managed Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) site within a large-scale, high traffic facility. You will lead a team of technicians to ensure smooth operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, ACMV, and general building services, while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians for all facilities management activities.
  • Provide technical advice and lead investigations for rectification works.
  • Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance for M&E, ACMV, and general building services.
  • Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs.
  • Investigate, analyze, and determine root causes of breakdowns; report faults effectively.
  • Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals for improvement.
  • Ensure proper documentation of procedures and maintenance works.
  • Maintain safe keeping of tools and ensure good housekeeping standards.
  • Uphold Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices in all tasks.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc projects, assignments, or repair work as required by the immediate superior.
Requirements
  • Diploma, NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Air-conditioning / Building Services or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant post-graduation experience in facilities management.
  • Safety Induction Course (SIC-trained) with strong technical knowledge.
  • Hardworking, able to multi-task, and possess a proactive attitude.
  • Good safety mindset and demonstrates strong WSH behavior.
  • Work Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
  • Candidates who are available to commence work at short notice will be highly regarded.
