Job Description
· The core function is to support technology related operations of the company.
· Provide L1 and L2 support to end users, training and guidance included.
· Maintain systems in a virtualized environment including checking of batch jobs, scripts, scheduled tasks and regular housekeeping.
· Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve system, network and security issues.
· Perform query jobs, generate data statistics and report.
· Maintaining clear documentation of the infrastructure and procedures.
· Involved in the requirements gathering, analysis, system integration test and user acceptance testing.
· Lead initiatives to reduce energy consumption and improve IT sustainability (e.g., virtualization, cloud migration, e-waste management).
· Evaluate and recommend green IT practices and energy-efficient hardware.
· Assist in ad-hoc projects and perform any other duties that are assigned from time to time.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
· Experience in L1/L2 Support: Troubleshooting hardware/software (Windows/macOS, Office 365, VPN, printers).
· Cloud Systems: Familiarity with cloud system (migration, cost optimization).
· Experience in virtualization/cloud migration to reduce energy use.
· Ability to train non-tech staff on cloud tools/processes.
· Fluent in English & Mandarin.
· Able to travel to multiple work locations.
