Overview

A.J. Gallagher is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to organize, distribute, and track leads obtained via digital channels.

How you'll make an impact
  1. Perform daily monitoring of online marketing campaigns and respond to contact us/connect with an expert requests from our corporate websites.
  2. Work closely with the website and marketing automation teams to refine the lead management process, including regular performance assessments.
  3. Document and socialize the end-to-end lead management process from initial prospect capture to nurturing and hand-off to sales with the broader organization as needed.
  4. Assess and recommend methods to optimize and streamline the lead process.
  5. Regularly track and measure the number of new leads and engagement across existing and new accounts, making recommendations and taking actions for growth.
  6. Produce lead/opportunity reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate lead progress, conversion rates, cost per lead, etc., to show growth and revenue attribution of website leads.
  7. Leverage marketing automation, Salesforce.com, and other tools to execute and track the success of programs.
  8. Quality check the leads in SFDC to ensure sales teams are actively working the leads provided.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and sales to understand when a lead is sales-ready based on scoring demographic and behavioral factors.
  10. Ensure that the marketing automation and SFDC sync is streamlined and operational at all times, working with Tech as required.
  11. Determine and assign sales-qualified leads to the appropriate sales person.
  12. Assign other inquiries to the appropriate department or address feedback directly.
About you

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in SQL and Marketing Cloud.
