Responsabilités
- Coordinate air freight import and export shipments from booking to delivery.
- Handle correspondence with customers, airlines, agents, and vendors.
- Prepare export documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure adherence to export/import regulations and airline policies.
- Perform shipment tracking and status updates.
