We are on a mission to bring delightful flavors and premium-quality snacks into everyday life. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a QA Executive to join our fast-paced team and support food quality and food safety operations across our warehouse and retail outlets.

🔍 What You’ll Do

As a QA Executive, you will support day-to-day food quality and food safety activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and Singapore food safety and hygiene regulations. You will work closely with Product, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to maintain safe, compliant, and consistent operations across the business.

🛠️ Job Responsibilities
Food Safety & Quality Operations
  • Conduct routine on-site audits at retail outlets and the warehouse, covering hygiene practices, temperature control, FIFO/FEFO, pest control, and management of expired or damaged goods.
  • Organise product sampling and manage retain samples in accordance with company requirements.
  • Manage non-conformances and support timely closure through containment, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain batch records, traceability documentation, and loss control records to ensure full product traceability.
  • Support product recall and withdrawal activities when required.
Quality Management System & Compliance
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with HACCP principles and ISO 22000 requirements.
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and inspection checklists.
  • Support internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions, including CAPA and 8D reports.
Supplier & Product Compliance
  • Support supplier onboarding and annual supplier performance evaluations.
  • Review incoming raw materials and packaging for regulatory and labelling compliance, including ingredient lists, allergen declarations, nutrition information, country of origin, and barcodes.
  • Liaise with suppliers and third-party laboratories for product testing and verification.
Monitoring, Data & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor and analyse quality KPIs such as customer complaints, return rates, audit scores, incoming defect rates, and expiry write-offs.
  • Support risk assessments (e.g. FMEA) and continuous improvement initiatives related to temperature control, labelling compliance, and pest risk management.
  • Assist in quality cost and loss analysis, including Cost of Quality (CoQ).
Training & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Conduct food safety and quality training for outlet staff, including food safety awareness and food handling standards.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Product, Operations, Warehouse/Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with quality and food safety standards.
  • Support regulatory inspections and follow-up actions with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) and NEA when required.
✅ Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant QA/QC experience in food production, central kitchen, retail, FMCG, warehouse, or F&B environments.
  • Familiar with Singapore food safety and hygiene requirements, including SFA guidelines and basic HACCP concepts.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to perform fieldwork, including retail outlet inspections and on-site operational support.
