Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a Production Support Coordinator in Singapore. The role involves managing inventory, scheduling maintenance activities, and coordinating with vendors. Candidates should have a diploma in engineering or supply chain and at least a year of experience in operations support. Familiarity with SAP and Ariba systems is preferred. Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP, Ariba and Maximo systems is an advantage.
• Basic GDP/GMP knowledge and experience preferred.

Job description

Role: Production Support Coordinator
Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Location: Tuas South Ave 3
Duration: 1 year (subject to renewal / convert to perm)
Salary: $2800 + completion bonus

Responsibilities

• Managed inventory by monitoring stock levels and coordinating timely replenishment from vendors and warehouse.
• Scheduled and oversaw preventive maintenance and calibration activities, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Coordinated with operations and vendors on quotations, raised purchase requests in Ariba and SAP, and managed deliveries and goods receipt.
• Supported projects, engineering studies, and non-conformance investigations by preparing and organizing documentation.
• Performed data entry for trending and reporting purposes (e.g. LIMS results).
• Maintained and archived operational records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Carried out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
