We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Executive to manage inventory operations and coordinate closely with internal teams, franchise outlets, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and stocktakes
• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Coordinate with Operations teams, franchisees, and shipping/logistics providers
• Monitor stock levels, investigate variances, and prepare inventory reports
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and housekeeping standards

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or inventory management experience
• Hands‑on experience with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills
