Qualifications

  • 15+ years IT / ERP delivery experience, with 8+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, including migration and integration.
  • Deep expertise in SAP FI / MM (Finance mandatory; supply chain a plus).
  • Proven track record driving and delivering large, complex ERP programmes.
  • Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of a multi‑year SAP S/4HANA (RISE) implementation and migration programme.
  • Own programme governance, planning, budget, risk, and delivery outcomes.
  • Manage system integrators and transition towards stronger internal SAP ownership.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team across PMO, functional, technical, and integration streams.
  • Drive senior stakeholder engagement, including executive and finance leadership.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with project methodology, architecture standards, and best practices.
  • Support change management, adoption, and long‑term ERP capability development.
