Job description

• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
• Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Evaluate employee performance.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
• Coordinate all site and project matter with client, maincon, subcon, vendors, and any related party.
• Plan manpower, tools, material, machinery, hoisting equipment, access, and necessary safety provision.
• Assign tasks to construction each worker and monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers
• Able to work OT if needed
• Must be responsible
• Must able to travel to different site when needed
• Relevant certification for this position
• 3 years experience above
