Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchenware in the hotel.
• Ensure kitchen has requisite amounts of supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and food preparation areas.
• Arrive on time and in proper uniform.
• Work flexibly in any of the 4 hotels.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots and pans in the hotel.
• Ensure restaurant kitchen have the requisite amounts of the above to properly open their shift.
• Responsible for the proper sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchens and food reparation areas as instructed by chef.
• On time and at work when scheduled and in proper uniform.
• Flexibility to work in any of the 4 hotels (Maxwell Reserve; Duxton Reserve; The Vagabond Club; The Serangoon House).
• Adaptability/Flexibility to accommodate other department needs including but not limited to luggage/F&B/Housekeeping.
• Any other duties / tasks as requested by management.
