Urgent! Senior BMS Engineer (Building Management System)
Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a qualified BMS Engineer for a permanent role. The successful candidate will design, install, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) in a fast-paced environment. You should possess at least 5–7 years of relevant experience in BMS and a degree in engineering. Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in BMS engineering.
- Strong familiarity with ACMV and M&E systems.
- Proficient in BMS software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed engineering design for BMS works.
- Supervise and coordinate BMS installation on site.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of BMS systems.
- Prepare technical documentation and progress reports.
- Provide guidance to junior engineers.

- Carry out detailed engineering design, system configurations, and shop drawing preparation for BMS works.
- Supervise and coordinate BMS installation, wiring, and system integration on site.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning of BMS systems.
- Ensure all BMS works comply with project specifications, design standards, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and operation manuals.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and site technicians.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or related field.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in BMS engineering, including design, installation, and commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of BMS system architecture, PLC/DCC controllers, networking, and system integration.
- Familiarity with ACMV and M&E systems in building or industrial projects.
- Proficient in BMS software platforms and engineering tools.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
