Job description

• Planning and ensuring correct work sequences and procedures for daily site operations, including job site access;
• Assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of the project.
• Managing workers and sub-contractors on site.
• Liaising with main-con for any site-related submissions.
• Responsible for machinery and materials planning and deployment on site.
• Ensure all site works are done according to specifications, on schedule, and within budget.
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace and/or work processes, and minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.
• Ensure briefing/re-briefing of RA to workers/sub-contractors by the supervisor.
• Implement necessary control measures to mitigate the unsafe work and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate project records and reports.
• Any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in building projects or civil infrastructure projects.
