Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is looking for a Civil/Structural Engineer to design, analyze, and coordinate various engineering works. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and possess at least 5 years of experience in structural coordination for building construction projects. Responsibilities include overseeing site works, liaising with consultants, and ensuring compliance with specifications. Immediate availability is preferred.

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
• To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building
• Min 5 years structural coordinator experience in building construction Project
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements
• Preference will be given to those who can commence immediately
