We are looking to hire a Program Executive based in Singapore, at our GES site in Marsiling.

The role involves managing all cost-related functions, including quotations to customers, PPV claims, ECO, and materials price changes. You will also assist with order processing, fulfilling customer requirements, and achieving departmental KPI targets.

1. Perform order processing and forecast loading.
2. Interact with customers regarding parts allocation and premium buys authorization.
3. Participate in conference calls with customers as needed.
4. Verify purchase order details for accuracy before sales order entry.
5. Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
6. Communicate with customers about ship dates and ensure on-time delivery.
7. Prepare business reports as required.
8. Monitor and expedite overdue accounts receivable closure.
9. Issue Credit and Debit Memos and address inquiries from Finance.
10. Prepare and submit quotations for new and existing products.
11. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on cost reduction projects.
12. Track and submit PPV claims to customers.
13. Provide quarterly quotations to customers.
14. Manage ECO administration and respond to ECO-related claims.
15. Analyze data for invoice and price variances, ICC reconciliation, and PO closure follow-up.
16. Review monthly inventory reports and manage EOL inventory control.
17. Prepare business reports on sales, inventory, E&O liabilities, PPV, AR, and margins.
18. Achieve KPI targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in product costing and fulfillment processes.
• Experience in a contract manufacturing environment.
• Planning and fulfillment experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with customers.
• Good presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
