Overview

Position: Senior Executive, Ship Management - Up to $5,500 - Raffles

Location: Raffles / Hybrid WFH

Working hours: 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 4.30PM

Salary: Up to $5,500 + Mid Year Bonus + 3 Months Year End Bonus + 14-26 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Mobile Claims

Duration: Perm

Responsibilities
  • Independently manage the technical condition and maintenance of assigned vessels.
  • Plan and execute repairs and dry-dockings, including budgeting, supervision, and close-out.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing practical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Class, Flag State, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage vessel certification, surveys, and technical documentation.
  • Handle technical procurement of spares, services, and repairs.
  • Liaise with shipyards, Class, and service providers on technical matters.
  • Support safe operations and continuous technical improvement across the fleet.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Maritime or related qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ship management, vessel operations, or a related maritime role.
  • Willing to be on standby 24/7
  • Trade operations experience is an advantage
  • Candidates need to have Mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers
  • Willing to travel when required
