Job description

We’re hiring a Power App/Platform Developer to join our team, focused on automation, rapid prototyping, and internal product development. This role is for someone who can take a rough idea, turn it into a working solution quickly, and iterate with stakeholders to deliver real business value.

You’ll build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards, often integrating with systems like SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SQL, and APIs. You’ll also help shape how automation is designed, scaled, governed, and supported across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship Power Apps (Canvas + ideally Model-driven) for internal workflows and tools
• Create scalable Power Automate flows (approvals, orchestration, notifications, integrations, error handling)
• Design Power BI reports that drive decisions, not just “pretty visuals”
• Prototype new automation ideas quickly and refine based on feedback
• Integrate with SharePoint, Teams, Excel, SQL, Dataverse, and APIs
• Implement security, governance, environments, and solution packaging (ALM basics)
• Document solutions so other developers/support teams can maintain them
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend the highest ROI use cases

• Strong ability to turn vague requests into structured requirements
• Comfortable working with stakeholders who don’t know what they want yet
• Solid understanding of:
• connectors, triggers, conditions, loops, data shaping
• debugging, monitoring, failure handling, performance
• Data skills: ability to work with relational‑ish thinking (Dataverse/SQL concepts)
• Strong communication + ownership mindset (you ship, you don’t just “try”)
