A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Business Partner to support talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment, excellent project management skills, and a data-driven approach to employee experience. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Strong stakeholder management and change management expertise are essential for success in this role.

The HR Business Partner is a generalist and responsible to deliver our People agenda including talent acquisition, performance management and employee engagement for our Singapore operation. You will support our leaders and team on all people matters, seek to develop their capabilities to enable the business to be more engaged and productive in delivering our business results. You strive to perform in fast paced environment and value a fun and positive teamwork.
Support regional HR initiatives and organisational transformation projects
To excel in this role, you will have a solid foundation in HR or Business Partnering, with hands‑on experience in managing employee experience projects or initiatives. Your passion for people, data‑driven insights, and continuous improvement will be key assets. Here’s what we’re looking for:
