The Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects to meet strategic objectives
• Deliver complex IT projects within scope, schedule, budget, and compliance standards
• Lead full turnkey project phases: requirements, design, development, integration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance
• Define and communicate project plans, roles, deliverables, timelines, and risks
• Manage budgets and costs to maximize revenue and margins
• Implement structured risk management and proactively handle scope or delivery changes
• Build and lead high-performance teams, maintain strong stakeholder engagement, and support pre-sales/RFP activities

Requirements

• Degree in IT/Computer Science with 5+ years' experience managing large-scale, multi-vendor integration projects and cross-functional teams; government security knowledge is a plus
• Strong program and project management capabilities, covering planning, budgeting, financials, service delivery, resource management, quality assurance, and communications
• Professional certification: PMP preferred
• Proven track record leading multi-million-dollar projects in government/commercial sectors, with effective people management and team development
