Role Summary

Main Duties

  • Make sure all building services (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.) run properly.
  • Check facilities regularly to ensure everything is in good condition.
  • Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Manage external service providers and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Review contracts and look for cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Ensure the facility follows all safety rules and legal requirements.
  • Help prepare and manage the FM budget.
  • Control costs and ensure resources are used efficiently.
  • Supervise technicians and other management staff.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Respond to tenant/client requests and resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain good relationships with building users and management.
