A shared workspace provider in Singapore is searching for an enthusiastic individual to lead sales and community engagement at Workcentral. You will manage daily operations, welcome members and guests, and ensure a professional and friendly workspace. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be proficient in office software, and confidently engage diverse clientele. If you're excited about driving sales and nurturing relationships in a vibrant work environment, this role is for you.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- A general understanding of computer systems and office automation is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive is necessary.
Responsabilités
- Drive sales through lead generation and maintain relationships.
- Welcome members, guests, and visitors at the front desk.
- Assist with onboarding new members and handle inquiries.
- Oversee the management of workspace and community engagement.
