Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance risk management and strengthen internal controls across the organization.
• Collaborate with central teams to conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure full compliance of local operations with relevant standards, maintaining integrity and accountability.
• Review and manage credit block orders to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Monitor and manage overdue receivables, implementing strategies to improve cash flow.
• Oversee purchasing activities in countries without dedicated staff, ensuring efficient procurement.
• Manage Local-for-Local transactions, demo goods, and indirect purchasing for cost-effectiveness.
• Assign FI invoices in APM accurately and promptly.
• Resolve customer escalations, including delivery complaints, payment issues, warranty cases, and contractual concerns.
• Support contract development, review, and negotiation to ensure favorable and compliant terms.
• Maintain accurate net pricing for selected customers and administer partner discounts in SAP.
• Prepare Monthly Sales Associate Performance Reports to analyze individual and team performance.
• Lead cost center controlling activities including MEC, YEC, BP, and FC.
• Implement cost-saving measures to enhance financial efficiency.
• Manage intercompany charges for SLAs and additional costs.
• Calculate transfer pricing in line with BT/FC guidelines.
• Oversee YEC reporting, income statements, and tax documentation.
• Coordinate audits of local GAAP and IFRS accounts.
• Record and manage leasing cases for tangible and intangible assets.
• Serve as the main interface to BPO partners for effective collaboration.
• Manage liquidity and banking affairs to ensure financial stability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or sales operations.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP and financial software systems.
• Self-driven and proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on results.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in cost center controlling, transfer pricing, and performance reporting is an added advantage.
