Job summary
A prominent event management company in Singapore is seeking a professional for planning and executing Food and Beverage events. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, preparing custom proposals, and collaborating with chefs for event menus. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a creative mindset. This position requires the ability to work independently and in a team within a 5.5-day work week.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the catering or related fields.
- Ability to interact well with external and internal stakeholders.
- High level of creativity and attention to detail.
- Independently motivated and a team player.
- Available to work a 5.5-day work week.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Food and Beverage events.
- Respond to email enquiries for corporate and wedding events.
- Prepare customized event proposals.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with chefs on creative food menus.
- Conduct site inspections as needed.
