Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Sales Admin for an 8-month contract based in Tuas South, Singapore. The successful candidate will assist with quotation preparation, project tracking, and customer engagement. Working hours are Monday to Friday, during office hours, and the role offers a salary of up to $3200. Interested candidates should submit their resumes promptly.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and generation of quotations for clients.
- Compile, monitor, and update the status of new projects.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle various administrative duties as needed.
Location: Tuas South (company pickup at Jurong East)
Working hours: Mon-Fri Office hours
Duration: Immediate for 8 months
Salary: up to $3200
- Quotation Support: Assist in the preparation and generation of quotations for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Project Tracking: Compile, monitor, and update the status of new projects to support internal coordination and client communication.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing relevant information and resolving issues where possible.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle various administrative duties as needed, including documentation, scheduling, and cross-departmental support.
