CUSTOMER AND LOGISTICS SYSTEMS MANAGER

A logistics company located in Singapore is looking for a logistics manager to oversee operations, implement software solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing the supply chain processes, supervising the logistics team, reducing costs through data analysis, and developing strategies to enhance performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics management and a strong focus on customer service.

- Implement, maintain, and optimize logistics software.
- Manage sourcing, inventory, warehousing, and transportation.
- Act as a liaison with customers to resolve issues.
- Supervise logistics staff and foster department collaboration.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze data for performance improvements.
- Develop logistics strategies and ensure compliance.
System Management: Implement, maintain, and optimize logistics software (TMS, WMS) and integrate customer data for seamless operations.
Supply Chain Oversight: Manage sourcing, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and final delivery.
Customer Focus: Act as a liaison, resolve issues, set expectations, and ensure high satisfaction with delivery processes.
Team Leadership: Supervise logistics staff, set goals, and foster collaboration with other departments (sales, operations).
Performance & Cost: Monitor KPIs, analyze data, negotiate contracts, and find ways to reduce costs and improve speed.
Strategy & Compliance: Develop logistics strategies, ensure safety, and meet regulatory standards
