Job summary

A well-established company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to qualify sales inquiries and generate necessary documentation. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Marine industry.   • Experience with pipes, fittings, and flanges is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify sales inquiries by understanding customer requirements.
  • Generate sales-related documents internally and externally.
  • Help sales team in daily operations and administrative work.
  • Follow up orders to ensure timely payment and delivery.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team and update stock levels monthly.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Work with the team to develop business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Working location: Joo Koon

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 8.00am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities
  • To qualify sales inquiries by understanding customer requirements, and generate sales related documents (eg. Quotation, Sales Order, Invoice, Purchase Order etc..) internally and externally
  • Responsible for shipping documents (import and export) with suppliers and customers
  • To help sales team in daily operations and administrative work
  • To follow up orders to ensure timely payment and delivery for customers
  • Coordinating with warehouse team and update stock level by every month end
  • To build and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Working with the team to develop business plan to achieve sales target
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Min 1 year experience in similar role, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Marine Industry.
  • Pipe, fittings, flanges experience will be advantage.
