Job summary

A leading serviced apartment provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. This role requires self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Min 2-3 years of sales experience in serviced apartments, hotel or hospitality (preferred).

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities from corporate, travel agents, events, other market segments and long-stay guests.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, client visits, networking events, presentations and property tours.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Work closely with Reservations, Front Office, and Events teams to ensure smooth coordination of guests arrivals and stays.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account records.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
  • Represent the service apartments at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle any client concerns promptly.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
  • Manage key corporate accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance and room-night production.

  • Provide market feedback to management to assist in rate strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales or related fields.
  • Min 2-3 years of sales experience in serviced apartments, hotel or hospitality (preferred).
