A construction materials company based in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience in the construction or engineering industry, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a proactive problem-solving approach. Responsibilities include managing sales targets, attending site visits, and submitting progress claims.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.
Attend site visits during tender stages to understand site conditions and project requirements.
Meet with clients regularly to address concerns, and ensure smooth communication.
Coordinate with the site supervisor to conduct monthly site walks and prepare the Work Done Plan for progress claims.
Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and related documentation.
Understand and interpret simple technical drawings related to project requirements.
Coordinate with the internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare quotations, follow up on tenders, and negotiate contracts with clients.
Monitor market trends and report sales activities and pipeline updates to management.
