A well-established technology company in Singapore is looking for a technical support candidate to monitor robotic products and assist with operational issues. Applicants should have a Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering and at least one year of relevant experience. This position offers a salary of $2500 - $3000 plus benefits and opportunities for career progression.

Responsabilidades
- Monitor the operations of Robotic Products.
- Provide the first response to any technical issues encountered.
- Assist in operations-related issues via support.

- Monitor the operations of Robotic Products
- Perform basic housekeeping and routine checks.
- Provide the first response to any technical issues encountered by Robotic Product
- Assist in attending to Tier 1 - Operations related issues via remote or on-site support
- Prepare the Service Reports, Maintenance Report and other Operations related documents as needed
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
- Possess minimum Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or other related fields
- Proven work experience of at least 1 year in a technical industry
