Job description

Position: QA Technician – Toolroom

Location: Near Joo Koon MRT (2 bus stops away)

Working Days: 5 days

Working Hours: 8:45 to 5:45pm

with inhouse Canteen

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for inspection of machining parts and products and ensure that they comply with the set standards and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentations in accordance with company standards and protocols.
  • Ensure that all measuring tools and instruments are properly calibrated and well taken care of.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality processes and increase efficiency.
  • Maintenance of tooling and spare parts.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
Requirements
  • NITEC, Diploma or Technical certificate in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing or related fields.
  • At least 2 years experience in Quality control related works preferably in CMM machines.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in conventional / CNC machine operations.
  • Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauge and other instruments.
  • Knowledge of Toolroom machines and stamping tools.
  • Knowledge of Autocad.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks.
