Electrician cum Technician

🌟 Hiring Electrician cum Technician

📍 Workplace: Tuas Crescent, Singapore (500 metres 7 minutes walk from MRT)

⏰ Working hours:

Option A: Monday to Saturday 8.30am-8.30pm

Option B: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm

💰 Salary: $2500 - $3500 (based on working hours, experience and qualifications)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

📂 Electrical works

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in a plastic bottles manufacturing factory
• Perform wiring, conduit work, and cable installation
• Perform weekly preventive inspection and maintenance of production machinery and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, identify hazards, and implement solutions

👥 Maintenance and Technical Support

Repair and maintain machines in plastic bottles and cap manufacturing industry such as:

• Stretch blow / injection / extrusion moulding machines
• Automatic bottle capping machines
• Labelling machines
• Water‑cooled & air‑cooled chillers, water condenser chillers
• Dehumidifying dryers
• Crushing (plastic recycling) machines
• Maintain and repair forklift and stackers

💬 Ad‑hoc duties as assigned

• Cover night shift from time to time when night shift staff on leave

✅ Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrician role
• Bonus if have experience with plastic moulding machinery

📂 电气相关工作

• 安装、维护及维修塑料瓶制造厂内的电气系统
• 进行电线布线、导管安装及电缆接线
• 每周执行生产机器及电气系统的预防性检查与维护
• 排查电气故障，识别潜在隐患并实施解决方案

👥 维修与技术支持

维修和保养塑料瓶及瓶盖制造行业的机器设备，例如：

• 拉吹 / 注塑 / 挤出成型机
• 自动旋盖机
• 贴标机
• 水冷及风冷式冷水机、水冷冷凝机
• 除湿干燥机
• 塑料破碎（回收）机
• 维护及维修叉车与堆高机

💬 其他工作职责

• 在夜班员工请假时，需不定期支援夜班

✅ 任职要求与技能

• 至少5年电工相关工作经验
• 若有塑料成型设备维修经验者优先考虑
