Jobbeschreibung
Key Responsibilities:
1. B2B Business Development & Distribution:
Identify, prospect, and build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at local restaurants, bars, hotels, supermarkets, and specialty food stores.
Conduct compelling product presentations and tastings to secure listing and distribution agreements for our portfolio of Chinese F&B brands.
Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed distribution and revenue targets.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and account management.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
2. E-Commerce Platform Development & Management:
Lead the end-to-end development and launch of our proprietary online supermarket.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listing, content creation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (e.g., SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns) to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and sales on the platform.
Analyze website performance and customer data to optimize the user experience and conversion rates.
Oversee customer service standards for the online store to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Who We Are Looking For:
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or brand management within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry in Singapore.
A proven track record of successfully selling and distributing products into Singaporean retail chains, supermarkets, and/or the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Cafe) sector.
Direct experience with Chinese F&B brands (e.g., Baijiu, Chinese wines, dairy products, snacks) is a significant advantage.
Hands-on experience in managing or launching an e-commerce platform is highly desirable.
Strong existing network of contacts within the Singapore F&B scene.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus to communicate with brand principals.
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
