A leading food service provider in Singapore is seeking kitchen staff to manage food preparation and service. Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene standards, ensuring food quality, and assisting guests with their orders. Ideal candidates have prior cooking experience and a hygiene certificate. The role offers a dynamic work environment and various incentives including discounts and holidays.
Involve kitchen operations from food preparation, cook to final production
Food preparation will be in accordance with daily operations
Keep up to date with the current promotions and new items on the menu
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to kitchen Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
Take guest orders and present the food to them with good customer service
Maintain food quality and standard any other duties as assigned by the Food Manager
Requirements:
Prior cooking experiences would be an added advantage
5-days work week including weekends (44 hours per week and rotating shifts in between 7am to 12am)
Possessing hygiene certificate will be an added advantage
