Job summary
A leading beauty company in Singapore is looking for a Growth Opportunities Senior Analyst to join their Travel Retail Asia-Pacific team. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities within a 1 to 5 year horizon, requiring strong analytical abilities and market curiosity. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 5-9 years of experience in market research or strategic planning. Excellent communication and technical skills are vital. The position involves collaboration with various departments to drive business success.
Qualifications
- 5-9 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, strategic planning, or consulting.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Fluency in English; Chinese is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Co-build and update 5-year plan vision for market/sell-out.
- Conduct opportunity sizing and business case building.
- Report and communicate insights effectively.
