Master Hairstylists
Job summary
A premier hair salon in Singapore is seeking an experienced hairdressing professional for a management role. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of hairdressing experience, including 3 years at a Master Stylist or Director level, and proven sales skills. Responsibilities include providing hair services, maintaining safety and cleanliness, developing customer relationships, and mentoring staff. Outstanding leadership and management abilities are crucial for this position.
Qualifications
- 10 years of Hairdressing experience, with 3 years at Master Stylist or Director level.
- Proven sales experience of at least $20,000.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations and management of the business.
- Provide hair cutting and colouring services.
- Maintain safety standards and cleanliness.
- Build good customer relationships and assist in product selection.
- Mentor staff and support business development.
Skills
Candidates must be at least 10 years of Hairdressing experience with at least 3 years of Master Stylist or Director level experience and sales of at least $20,000 and above.
Assisting day to day operations and playing a management role in developing the business and providing:
- Hair cut and colouring services
- Scalp/hair treatments, shampooing, blow‑dry styling, chemical treatments and processes to customers
- Safety standards and environmental cleanliness
- Customer's treatment progression & building good customer relationships
- Assistance to customer in the selection of retail products or services for their hair care needs
- Training, mentoring and business development duties
This is a Management role and leadership is key and ability to development and mentoring is a pre‑requisite.
