Job summary

A leading financial institution in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to proactively acquire new high-value clients and build a referral network. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of banking sales experience and strong B2B and B2C sales skills.   • Build and manage a network of referral partners (e.g., property agents, brokers) to generate quality leads.
  • Represent the bank at marketing events, campaigns, and roadshows, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Cross‑sell a full range of retail and premium banking products, including credit cards and insurance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all banking regulations, compliance standards, and ethical conduct.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of banking sales experience with a proven track record.
