Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an individual to handle logistics complaint tickets and improve resolution rates. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the FMCG or Retail industry, a degree in any business field, and skills in Excel. Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce customer service or logistics service providers is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Handle close logistics complaint tickets within the ticket system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the on‑time resolution rate and accuracy rate of tickets.
  • Check and align monthly compensation bills with logistics service provider.
