Retail Leasing Lead: Tenant Mix & Market Growth
Job summary
A retail management company in Singapore is seeking a Leasing Executive to support the retail planning and tenant mix of the mall. Responsibilities include proposing and securing tenants, preparing lease documentation, and maintaining good landlord-tenant relationships. Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Real Estate Management or related fields and at least 2 years of experience in a shopping mall environment. This role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a shopping mall.
- Proven track record in retail leasing with a good network of tenants.
Responsibilities
- Support the Leasing Manager in retail planning.
- Propose and secure suitable tenants for the mall.
- Prepare and track lease documentation.
- Monitor rental payments and initiate necessary action.
