• More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: RM6,000 - RM7,000 per month

• Deliver Retail Sales and Order targets
• Understand and monitor the company’s distributors, dealers, retailers, competitors and other market information
• Maintain a close connection with distributors, dealers and retailers in the respective region
• Coordinate, develop, evaluate and audit yearly budgets of retail development execution in the region
• Recommend, guide, develop and assess new retail sales networks
• Coordinate retail activities in the region to achieve sales objectives
• Provide training and guidance to distributors/dealers to increase awareness of the importance and profitability of the retail market
• Maintain the competitiveness of retail sales activities and stay informed about the retail market and competition
• Present new products announced by regional channel marketing team to engage distributors for buy-in and ensure display in relevant channels
• Maintain marketing assets developed or cascaded from regional/global teams
• Assist in trade marketing activities planning and execution including events for developers, D&A, consumers
• Communicate with distributors and other stakeholders in the retail market

• College graduate or above with business development knowledge and general marketing/sales concepts
• At least 7 years of experience in retail development or sales management, preferably in plumbing or consumer durable manufacturing, and 3 years of experience in managing distributors and market development
• Good training, communication, and interpersonal skills
