Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks, connecting visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, which will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

• Uphold and demonstrate Mandai Wildlife Group values - ETHICS (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Care for Wildlife, Sustainability).
• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and answer guest queries.
• Acquire and demonstrate product knowledge and recommend suitable merchandise to guests.
• Ensure prices are correctly reflected on price tags.
• Maintain visual displays of merchandise, price tags, and ensure store cleanliness and tidiness.
• Stay up-to-date and share relevant park membership, conservation efforts, and related information with guests to provide a holistic experience.
• Work with supervisors to drive sales and seize upselling opportunities.
• Process stock counts and receive stocks.
• Ensure store cleanliness and that displays are well stocked and tidy in a timely manner.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and ensure sales and inventory accuracy in compliance with SOPs.

• Minimum GCE 'N' levels.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service experience, formal or informal.
• Friendly and approachable with a passion for service.
• Service-oriented with good communication skills.
• Able to lift heavy stocks.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
