Job summary

A retail company in Singapore is looking for a Sales Assistant/ Store Associate to provide excellent customer service and assist in daily store operations. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions.
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and cashier area.
• Restock merchandise as needed.
• Assist with inventory counts and tagging new items.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and store policies.
