Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering

· Autodesk AUTOCAD Mechanical

· Min 2 years’ relevant local experience in construction firm

· Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills

Requirements:

· Proficient in IT Software.

· Able to work independently as well as a team player.

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Knowledge & familiarity with one of the following software: Revit MEP/ AutoCAD will be an advantage.

· Industry experience on a construction project will be an advantage.

· Responsibilities:

· Reporting to Project Manager/ Project executive

· Provide construction drawings, shop-drawings and as-built drawings to the project team using AutoCAD application according to client's specifications

· Provide assistance to the project team on site measurement

· Perform simple engineering design work and calculations

· Assist the project manager in the drafting and issuance of project proposals and preliminary schedules.

· Prepare project organization and communication charts

· Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets.

· Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team

· Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner

· Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project, Producing Documents & Drawing for Approval & Construction.
