Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Independently develop and implement sales strategies to open new markets and client accounts, both domestically and internationally.
  • Identify and approach potential customers, distributors, EPCs, and end users to build a solid and diverse client base.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue growth and brand recognition through strategic outreach and market intelligence.
  • Analyze global market trends, competitor activity, and client demands to continuously adapt sales tactics.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and insights to management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or above in Business, Mechanical Engineering, International Trade, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of B2B industrial sales experience, with a strong record of developing new customers and markets.
  • Experience in the valves or pipe fitting industry or related steel products is strongly preferred.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a hunter mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Willing and able to travel internationally as required.
