Job summary

Borr Drilling recherche un Ingénieur Électrique et Instrumentation basé à Singapour pour superviser les travaux sur le site marin de Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en gestion de projets complexes dans un environnement marin, avec une expertise dans la sécurité et la coordination de divers travaux techniques. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion de la progression des travaux et l'application des normes de sécurité, assurant le succès des projets.

Qualifications

• 10 ans d'expérience en construction électrique et instrumentation, idéalement en milieu marin.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs disciplines de construction.
• Expérience dans des méthodes de conception-construction.

Responsibilities

• Identifier les risques associés aux travaux électriques et préparer les évaluations de risque.
• Coordonner les activités entre différentes disciplines pendant la phase projet.
• Assurer la conformité aux exigences de sécurité HSE.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Identifies risk and hazard associated with the electrical works and prepare related risk assessment and work method statement.
• Jobs briefing and tool box talk to workforce prior to start the work activities.
• Ensures timekeeping are followed by subcontractor workers.
• Ensures availability of required engineering drawings, resources and consumables to carry the works.
• Coordinates with other discipline such as QAQC, Material, Painting department according to requirement during the project phase.
• Coordinates closely all EIT work activities between Seatrium (Structural, Piping, Mechanical, Lifting, Architecture, Blast & Paint, HVAC, Maintenance, Commissioning, Weighing, Sea Fastening, Load Out), and Subcontractors.
• Monitoring the subcontractor for daily progress and updates.
• Enforces safe work practices at job site, and monitor, and ensure workers work in a safety manner and all EIT job site are in good and safe condition.
• Participates in Line Walk and prepare punch list prior to complete EIT activity.
• Ensures punch list liquidation and action by subcontractor on required punch point on priority basis.
• Responsible to stop; if any violation by the subcontractors against the HSE or quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering/ Electrical, or related disciplines
• At least 10 years of working experience in construction (Electrical & Instrumentation) in marine
• Experience with design-build and construction management at risk delivery methods.
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office products and project management software programmes (i.e.Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera Project Planner Version 6.0 or higher and etc.)
• Good working knowledge of all phases of construction including work commonly done by the various construction disciplines
• Good knowledge and experience in developing and managing a progress reporting methodology for a complicated design effort
• Ability to understand a demanding, technical and complicated construction program
