The Opportunity

The Job

• Drive deliverables for a workstream within the Murex Upgrade Project
• Support traders, sales and structurers and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve ad-hoc issues pertaining to the project
• Review and work with business & support units to improve processes/systems to support the products/business requirements
• Drive solutioning for the automation and digitalisation in Risk Control monitoring and reporting processes
• Assist in Operational Risk related activities (e.g. perform RCSA testing, prepare Operational Risk related reports.)

The Talent

• Minimum 3 years banking experience, preferably in Treasury or Markets or Custody/Securities Services in the following areas: Product Control, Middle Office Operations & Risk is desirable.
• Some operational risk/ regulatory and/or project management experience is a plus
• Experience in programming and data analytics using Tableau, Python or R will be a plus
• Good verbal and written communications and comfortable with presentations
• Collaborative personality reflecting energy & enthusiasm with an ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the bank and deal with different personalities
• Independent self-starter with sound organisational skills and ability to be disciplined with planning and delivering deadlines
• Graduate degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering/IT majors but not essential
