What the role is:

We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy Survey Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and analysis of surveys in support of business and technology research initiatives. This role bridges the gap between technical systems and business intelligence, supporting data-driven decisions through rigorous survey design and insight generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in survey data collection, survey methodologies, data analysis, and business process understanding, with an interest in leveraging technology to improve survey operational and reporting.

What you will be working on:

• Conduct comprehensive business process analyses to understand and document current procedures.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system modifications to stakeholders and vendors.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of the business requirements, processes, services, roadmap, and the overall business context.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for project execution and ensure that all requirements are delivered on time and within scope.
• Manage a team of survey business analysts and testers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure optimal performance and growth.
• Drive the implementation of agile practices within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and adaptability.
• Stay abreast of new survey technologies, data privacy regulations, and best practices in digital data collection.
• Provide regular status updates on project progress and conduct regular team meetings and planning sessions to ensure projects are on track and team members are aligned.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or information systems, business analytics or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in survey research, market research or analytics, ideally exposure to business or technology sectors.
• Experience in a leadership role, overseeing and mentoring a team of business analysts.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven business environment while understanding various stakeholders' needs.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis principles, processes, techniques, and workflows.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
