A leading company in the FMCG sector is seeking a Brand Manager to support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing brand strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, particularly within the Beauty or Cosmetics industry, and exhibit strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing promotional campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders, and conducting market analysis to drive brand performance and align with market trends.
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 2 years and above relevant working experience in brand management and/or marketing experience in FMCG industry. Prior experience inBeauty / Cosmetics / retail industry is preferred
Possesses strong analytical thinking skills and sense of business ownership
Resourceful, creative, good interpersonal and strong presentation and communication skills
Hands-on and able to work with minimum supervision
Pleasant personality, independent, as well as a self-driven good team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
Support the Marketing Manager in developing brand strategy and management of assigned brand(s)
Plan and execute brand marketing campaigns and promotion activities
Working with Media, Digital, Public Relations and creative agencies, vendors and contractors on planning and delivery in meeting campaign objectives
Creation and production of trade-related POS/promotional materials and VMD respecting brand guidelines
Managing advertising and promotion funds and assist on the profit delivery of the assigned brand(s)
Work closely with all key stakeholders and assist in development and execution of trade and in-store activities
Perform brand sales analysis and evaluation of advertising and consumer campaign & promotion activities
Keep abreast with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement
Providing market analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities
Preparation of monthly reporting materials and necessary submissions
Any other work and operational matters assigned by the Marketing Manager
