Job Title: Digital Content, Admin & Site Maintenance Executive (Entry Level)

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to assist with the daily operations of our digital platforms. This role involves maintaining website content, coordinating digital admin tasks, and ensuring smooth platform performance through testing and process support. You will work closely with our management and tech partners to uphold an excellent online experience.

• Website Management: Update content and product pages, upload visuals, adjust categories/tags, and verify accuracy of information and pricing.
• Digital Administration: Manage shared folders, update tracking sheets, maintain checklists, and help organise project documentation.
• Data & Listings Maintenance: Support creation and upkeep of product SKUs, perform data cleaning, and identify any inconsistencies or broken links.
• Testing & Quality Checks: Carry out simple user acceptance tests (UAT) for new pages or features, report bugs, and confirm fixes.
• Image & Asset Handling: Optimise and rename images, manage media libraries, and ensure consistency in metadata.
• Support Operations: Log and follow up on website issues with internal and external teams; keep communication records updated.
• Compliance Administration: Assist in maintaining privacy policy pages, update terms, and flag suspicious activities or listings.
• Reporting Support: Generate short weekly analytics summaries (traffic, key metrics, issues) and compile screenshots for review.
• Marketing Assistance: Help with newsletter setup, contact list maintenance, and light scheduling of posts on social media platforms.
• Documentation: Maintain clear SOPs for recurring tasks and publish updated process notes.
• Platform Upkeep: Monitor basic uptime metrics and report technical issues for quick resolution.

• Some familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in copy and data entry.
• Basic understanding of how websites, links, and media files are structured.
• Competent in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for updates, tracking, and reports.
• Reliable, organised, and communicative; able to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

• Basic HTML/CSS editing or troubleshooting.
• Awareness of Google Analytics (GA4) and UTM tracking.
• Simple image design using Canva, Figma, or Photoshop.
• Familiarity with workflow tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion, Confluence).
• Introductory knowledge of SEO (titles, alt text, redirects).
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplaces is beneficial.
• Interest in luxury goods and collectibles will be a bonus.
