Clinical Support Specialist

Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 + Per Diem
Working Days & Hours: 5 Days | 9:00am – 6:30pm (Flexible depending on clinical support schedule)
Location: Island-wide deployment + Global Travel (LATAM, ASEAN & Europe)
Reporting To: Head of International Business

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Specialist to provide hands‑on procedural support, product training, and clinical education for the Sonico-CX system. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in clinical environments, enjoy travel, and can adapt quickly to dynamic situations in cath labs and medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support & Training
  • Provide real-time, in-person clinical support during IVL procedures to ensure optimal use of the Sonico-CX system.
  • Guide clinicians on device preparation, imaging setup, troubleshooting, and safe delivery techniques.
  • Conduct comprehensive training programs for physicians, nurses, cath lab teams, and field representatives.
  • Offer remote support through scheduled or on‑call conference calls for urgent distributor cases.
  • Train and certify distributor teams (online and on‑site) on system usage, procedural support, and product education.
  • Maintain readiness for urgent clinical case deployment, with flexible availability for calls or travel.
Clinical Education & Therapy Development
  • Deliver technical presentations and product workshops at hospitals, conferences, and distributor events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with interventionalists and cath lab staff to support product adoption.
  • Support implementation of registries or observational studies, including logistics, IRB coordination, and data collection.
  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for clinical protocols, feedback cycles, and publication initiatives.
