A construction joint venture based in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to report to the Contracts Manager. Responsibilities include preparing tender submissions, handling claims, and liaising with various stakeholders in civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying and hold a relevant degree. This position offers an opportunity to work on impactful engineering projects in the region.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with quantity surveying or professional qualification.
- Experienced in contract administration of rail or civil engineering projects.
- Including at least 3 years of experience in LTA’s project.
Responsabilités
- Reporting to Contracts Manager.
- Prepare tender submission and handle progress claims.
- Liaise with consultants on certification of claims for payments.
Connaissances
Formation
- Reporting to Contracts Manager
- Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payments
- Measurement, Pricing and Cost Estimation
- Able to provide budget cost or estimates as per instruction.
- Able to communicate with other Departments in dealing with various documents and issues.
- Prepare and submit monthly payment claim to client.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with quantity surveying or professional qualification.
- Experienced in contract administration of rail or civil engineering projects.
- Including at least 3 years of experience in LTA’s project
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office
