Work Week: 5.5 days per week

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm

Job Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning and Implementation: Responsible for the overall development strategy of the company in Singapore. Develop long-term and short-term goals, ensuring these align with the company’s global strategy.
  2. Business Operations: Oversee and manage the daily operational activities of the company in Singapore, including sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and customer service, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Financial Management: Responsible for budget preparation, cost control, and financial reporting of the Singapore branch, ensuring financial health and maximizing profit.
  4. Market Expansion: Research market trends and competitors, identify market opportunities and risks, and develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to expand market share and enhance brand influence.
  5. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop employees, build an efficient team culture, improve employee morale and job performance, and ensure the achievement of company goals.
  6. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain good relationships with key customers and partners, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive continuous business growth.
  7. Compliance Management: Ensure the company’s operations in Singapore comply with local laws, regulations, and industry standards, avoiding legal risks.
  8. Crisis Management: When a sudden event or crisis occurs, quickly formulate and implement countermeasures to minimize the loss to the company's interests.
  9. Innovation and Improvement: Promote business innovation and process improvement to enhance the company’s competitiveness in the market.
Job Requirements
  1. At least 18-20 years of experience in senior management with an established network of executive relationships.
  2. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the research and experimental development in medical science.
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills.
  4. Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  5. Travel extensively in the Asia Pacific and Middle East Regions.
